We are particularly interested in hearing from translators with professional or academic backgrounds in technical and engineering translation, legal and compliance translation, medical and pharmaceutical translation, financial and audit translation, software and IT localization, and certified translation. Priority language combinations include Central and Eastern European languages alongside English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish. We also have active requirements for Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Ukrainian.

We work with interpreters for simultaneous, consecutive, and whispering assignments across Central Europe and internationally. We are particularly interested in interpreters with subject-matter expertise in industrial manufacturing, medical and pharmaceutical, legal and financial, and institutional/humanitarian contexts. Experience with European Works Council interpreting, conference interpreting, and on-site factory interpreting is particularly valued.

We occasionally have openings for project managers at our Budapest office. Project managers at Business Team Translations manage client relationships, coordinate translator teams, handle file processing, and ensure quality delivery across all language combinations. Fluency in English and Hungarian is required; additional European languages are an advantage. Experience in the translation industry is preferred but not required for candidates with strong project management backgrounds.
