Our ISO 17100 and ISO 9001 certificates
Both certificates are here in full. Open them, download them, send them straight on to procurement — there is no form to fill in and no sales call attached.
Our ISO 17100:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 certificates
Two separate standards, audited separately. ISO 17100:2015 governs how a translation is produced — who is qualified to do it and who is qualified to check it. ISO 9001:2015 governs the organisation behind it.
Our certificate against the international standard for translation services, covering translation, interpreting and proofreading.

What the certificates actually commit us to
ISO 17100:2015 sets out who is allowed near your text. Translators have to meet defined qualification criteria, and every translation that falls under the standard is revised by a second qualified linguist — revision is built into the process, not sold as an extra. It also covers how we handle your files, your terminology and your feedback.
ISO 9001:2015 covers the organisation around that work: quality objectives, risk management, supplier qualification, complaint handling and internal audits. Neither certificate is self-declared. Both are issued on the back of an external audit, with a surveillance audit each year and a full re-audit every three.
